Alta Gwendolyn "Gwen" Gaze (September 6, 1915^[1] – August 29, 2010)^[2] was an American-based film actress (1937-1943), born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Her best known role may have been opposite John Wayne in the 1937 film I Cover the War.^[3]

Gwen Steinhart (her married name) died in Seattle, Washington in 2010, shortly before her 95th birthday.
